Terms of Service
These Terms of Service describe how families may use HighMiri and what responsibilities come with using the platform.
HighMiri is not a bank or financial institution.
Use of the Platform
HighMiri provides tools for families to practice financial habits, organize chores and goals, and review family activity together. You may use HighMiri only in a lawful, respectful way and in line with these terms.
Parent/Guardian Responsibility
Parents and Guardians are responsible for creating and managing family accounts, deciding which kids may participate, reviewing activity, setting family rules, and supervising kid use of HighMiri.
Kids and Family Accounts
Kids may only use HighMiri through a family account created or approved by a Parent/Guardian. Kids cannot self-register or create independent HighMiri accounts.
Educational and Organizational Use
HighMiri is educational and organizational, not banking. Internal balances, allowances, chores, requests, and savings goals are tools for family learning and recordkeeping.
No Real Bank Custody
HighMiri does not hold deposits, provide bank accounts, custody real money, or move funds unless future integrations are added and separately explained. Any real-world payments or transfers remain the responsibility of the family or any future third-party provider.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you enter, the family rules you set, and the decisions you make based on HighMiri activity. Keep information accurate and use the platform in a way that is appropriate for your family.
Account Security
You are responsible for protecting login credentials and devices used to access HighMiri. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse HighMiri, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfere with the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use the platform to harass, exploit, or harm others.
Limitation of Liability
HighMiri is provided as a family education and organization tool. To the fullest extent allowed by law, HighMiri is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for family decisions made outside the platform.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as HighMiri changes. When updates are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users or make the updated terms available in the product.
